Sealing Machine for Condoms

The sealing machine is designed for one operator, placing un-lubricated tested and rolled condoms from a tray into a segmented endless conveyor belt. The condom is pushed and pulled in to a sealing position, where the condom is lubricated with silicone oil and subsequently hermetically sealed.
Total nominal output of machine 200 gross/8 h shift
A touch small monitor allows to program and displays production parameters indicates; and indicates errors or machine problems
Serrated cutting, strip length freely programmable
Provision to connect ink jet or other printer, printing table provided
Silicone dosage pump for lubrication
Option for double sealing system, that would increase the sealing capacity to approx 100 120 condoms per minute.  Any new technology in the sealing machine, which will make the capacity higher a lot.
